Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

E-Bots maintains small class sizes to support a high-quality learning environment. Late cancellations may result in another student missing the opportunity to enroll in a full class.

Refunds are issued as follows:

  • More than 2 weeks before the start date: Full refund minus a $50 administration fee
  • Within 2 weeks of the start date: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
  • Less than 1 week before the start date: No refunds will be issued

In cases where less than one week’s notice is provided, a 50% credit may be issued. This credit must be used in the next session and will be forfeited if not used.

All refund timelines and administration fees are strictly enforced. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

Program Fees & Payments

Program fees are non-transferable to other sessions.

Program pricing and schedules are subject to change.

All payments are processed via invoice:

  • Credit card payments can be made directly through the invoice
  • E-transfer payments may be arranged by contacting info@ebots.ca and referencing your invoice number and student name

Invoices must be paid within 3 days of being issued.
Unpaid invoices after this time will result in the student being removed from the class list.

Program Structure

E-Bots programs are teacher-led, cumulative, and evolve based on the students in each class. While challenges and topics may be similar across levels, how they are taught and completed will vary by group.

As a result:

  • We do not offer make-up classes, drop-ins, transfers, or prorated fees
  • Missed classes are not recoverable
  • Consistent attendance is required for progression

E-Bots intends to run all scheduled classes. If enrollment is insufficient to run a class, families will be notified as soon as possible and any fees paid will be fully refunded.

Additional Administrative Requests

Requests outside of standard program operations (e.g., reference letters, receipt copies, documentation requests) are subject to a $25 administration fee + HST.

Please take a moment and read the “PLEASE READ” section of registration.

  • You will receive confirmation of your registration to the email you registered with. IF you do not receive a confirmation email than we did not receive your registration.
  • Invoices are MANUALLY created and can take between 24 – 36 hrs. Please be patient with us. 
  • Every registration form is date stamped.

If you change your mind about taking camp please let us know ASAP.
